I want to tell you about John Doe.
A few years ago a commenter on Bold & Determined caught my eye by offering real-deal, no-nonsense info on bodybuilding training, diet, and mindset.
Not only was his advice real and from experience, he also wrote in a helpful style all his own.
Most fitness guys are full of poop, but John Doe’s suggestions were good. He’d obviously walked the walk, and he had an impressive physique to prove it.
When other commenters prodded John Doe to start his own blog I offered to help him set it up and run it, knowing John Doe is a blue-collar guy and not an “internet” guy.
In the past year he’s been as dedicated to his blog as he is as dedicated to bodybuilding.
And he’s changing the lives of many guys who have hit their “sticking points” in the weight room.
John Doe’s advice excels in three areas:
- Diet programs that get results and take you from a so-so body to a WOW body. (The body you saw in my Day in the Life of Pride video? John Doe wrote my diet.)
- Advising the right performance enhancements to run at the right time (without screwing up your endocrine system taking too much, or blowing money on stuff that doesn’t work.)
- Living a life conducive to looking great year-round. (Doe fits in his food prep, gym time, and recovery while working a full-time blue-collar job that would leave most guys unable to even throw on their sneakers after clocking out).
John Doe wrote a book putting his expertise into print.
It’s called Becoming the Bull.
His advice is true, his writing is solid, so I published it for him.
John Doe’s training produces muscle.
His diets carve the muscle into granite.
I have all the faith in the world in John Doe. But I don’t need faith. I know for a fact he knows what he’s talking about.
PS – Here’s what some other guys are saying about Becoming the Bull….
Not only does Becoming the Bull help you gain muscle mass, it will help you gain QUALITY muscle mass. Yes, there are isolation exercises in here, but he doesn’t neglect the big lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. When you finish his advanced regimen you will be as strong as a bull!”
In Becoming The Bull, you learn how a man transformed his body and mind through bodybuilding.
His advice isn’t PERFECT and there are no scientific references in his book, but I know from my own experience that it works.”
